Ubisoft's latest earnings have shown that the latest Splinter Cell game has done pretty well. The publisher confirmed that it sold 1.9 million units of Splinter Cell: Conviction during its first fiscal quarter, contributing to 93% sales increase to 160 million euros ($201.
