NIMF's Report Card Criticized by ESRB
National Institute on Media and the Family (NIMF) gave the games industry a "C" in its annual Video Game Report Card. Amongst other findings, the Institute calls the industry an "ominous backslide," indicating a 42% success rate of children purchasing M-rated games.

WoW Players Victims of Windows Flaw Exploit
BBC is reporting about a Windows flaw that will allow hackers to access your World of Warcraft account details. "Analysis of that malicious software showed that it lay dormant on a victims machine until they ran World of Warcraft (WoW) at which point it captured login data and sent it to the hacking group.

Valve hates people that do illegal things. Valve also hates people that make them look like jackasses, not that that is really hard. Today Valve disabled more than 30,000 Steam accounts which had been used to try to illegally gain access to Valve games without a valid purchase.
