Vivendi in Trouble over Backfiring Fake Torture Ads
It seems that Vivendi went a little too far with a marketing gimmick they pulled for their upcoming game Cold Winter. The complaints concerned two promotional e-mails for the game that were titled "Your Help Needed - Free Andrew Sterling".
