Dante's Inferno, First Details
Gaming mag PSM3 has the first details on Dante's Inferno, from the creators of Dead Space. The game, which was described as a mix of God of War and Dead Space, features third person action and tells the story of Dante as he travels through the nine circles of hell in pursuit of Beatrice (his love interest).

According to IT security company Sophos, the official US PlayStation web site has been hacked. Nothing too fancy, it seems; just fitting Sony's SingStar and God of War pages with fake ads that attempted to make visitors believe their computers were riddled with viruses.

Blu-ray Sucks, Says God of War Creator
Unfortunately for Sony, certain games industry veterans aren't all that pleased with PS3's Blu-ray technology. God of War creator David Jaffe stated that, to his mind, if any changes should be made to the PS3, the best thing would be to remove the Blu-ray drive, thus allowing the device to sell at a cheaper price.

Universal Buys Movie Rights to "Gods of War" Game
Comingsoon.net is reporting: "Universal Pictures has secured the movie rights to video game God of War, created by Sony Computer Entertainment. Mosaic Media Group's Charles Roven and Alex Gartner will produce the feature adaptation, says Variety.
