NPD's All-Time Highest Revenue Games
NPD has released a list of the games to generate the largest amount of revenue in their entire history of record keeping. I assume this does not adjust for inflation or subscription costs (the Sims, Myst, World of Warcraft?), but the recent history of packaging expensive peripheral devices really shows its mark.

Activision Sued Over Guitar Hero III (Wii)
Activision's name popped up in a class-action suit that accuses the publisher of "deceptive and unlawful" conduct. Activision is being blamed for releasing the Wii edition of Guitar Hero III with mono sound and not Dolby Pro Logic II surround sound, as claimed on the box.
