Marvel Sues Cryptic and NC Soft over City of Heroes
Today is a good day for lawsuits! The USA Today reports that Marvel Enterprises is suing Cryptic Studios and NCSoft, the two companies behind the superhero MMORPG, City of Heroes, claiming that City of Heroes allows players to make virtual characters that are too similar to "The Hulk," "X-Men" and other heroes in the comic book company's stable.
