EA and Double Fine Productions scheduled the release of first downloadable content for Brutal Legend later next month (Nov. 19). "Brütal Legend Tears of the Hextadon" expands the Brütal Legend Stage Battle multiplayer experience with two new multiplayer maps.

Brutal Legend Dev. Countersues Activision
In June this year, Activision sued game developer Double Fine Productions in Santa Monica, Calif. The lawsuit claims that Double Fine transferred rights owned by Activision to Electronic Arts, which plans to release the game later this year.
