While I gather that most PC gamers can't stop talking about Fallout 3 and Left 4 Dead as the only potential GotYs this year, it seems to me that 2008 wasn't half as exciting as 2007.

The PC edition of DICE's parkour themed action game Mirror's Edge is on track for a January 2009 release. In September EA and DICE said the PC version will be hitting stores this winter, but now they've narrowed it down to the aforementioned timeframe.
