Factor 5 Sued by Former Employees
Following its bankruptcy Factor 5 -- the developer behind games such as Star Wars: Rogue Squadron and the disastrous PS3-exclusive Lair -- is being sued by former employees for "allegedly fraudulently conveying intellectual property to another company prior to declaring bankruptcy," reports Gamasutra.

Factor 5 Going 'Turrican' Once Again
Julian Eggebrecht, the main man at Factor 5, said that the company is currently doing concept work on a new possible installment in the classic Turrican series - a range of sidescrolling action games, which became quite popular during the early 90's (thanks Shack).
