2K Boston is Irrational Games Once More
When the development studio Irrational Games got acquired by Take-Two Interactive the studio's name was changed to 2K Boston. GameInformer reports that "the team members recognized a value in the previous identity and the legacy that was tied to it.

BioShock ditches Multiplayer completely, Offers Downloadable Content Instead
System Shock 2 had a fun cooperative mode. BioShock, its spiritual successor, will not have any multiplayer gameplay, but it will have downloadable content! Oh boy! Everyone loves downloadable content! Especially when you have to pay for it, and because this game is coming out on Xbox 360, you're probably gonna have to pay for it.

EA to Release System Shock 3?
EvilAvatar has picked up on rumors floating around the net that EA has contracted The Godfather game development team to make System Shock 3. Of course, as you know, the team that made the critically acclaimed System Shock 2, Irrational Games, is working on the spiritual successor to System Shock, BioShock.
