Blue Omega Entertainment and Codemasters are currently working on Damnation; a new shooter, which runs on Epic's Unreal Engine 3. GameDaily.com has word that Epic Games' motion to dismiss Silicon Knight's Unreal Engine 3 lawsuit has been thrown out by the judge. Meaning that Silicon Knight's claims that Epic hasn't provided sufficient support, nor a reasonably usable game engine in Unreal Engine 3, to be used for SK's action game Too Human, will reach a trial.
