While 2lions was playing Manhunt back in 2004, I couldn't help but feel nauseous. Read our review of the PC version to understand why. Manhunt 2 continues its troublesome existence within the United Kingdom. First, the British Board of Film Classification bans the game in the UK, then the ban was overturned by appeal of the Video Appeals Committee and now that same appeal has been overturned by the High Court.

NIMF's Report Card Criticized by ESRB
National Institute on Media and the Family (NIMF) gave the games industry a "C" in its annual Video Game Report Card. Amongst other findings, the Institute calls the industry an "ominous backslide," indicating a 42% success rate of children purchasing M-rated games.
