Layoffs at Acclaim
Looks like Acclaim (of BMX XXX ... um, fame?) will do a bit of restructuring -- they've fired Edmond Sanctis, the President and Chief Operating Officer of Acclaim North America, and they plan to lay off about 35% of the workforce, principally in the administrative ranks from around the globe.
