Serious Sam 2 Demo Tomorrow
Shacknews has received word from 2K Games that a Serious Sam 2 demo is being released tomorrow around 9AM CST (that's 8AM PST and 11AM EDT). "The 250mb download includes one level which can be played solo, or co-op over LAN or online with up to four people.

Serious Sam Sequel in the Works
Gamespot is reporting that Croteam has been working on a sequel to Serious Sam: The Second Encounter for quite some time. Roman Ribaric, the company's CEO, said that "Croteam is currently developing [the next Serious Sam game] for the PC, with the Xbox also in our design plan.

Serious Sam 2 Update
Croteam's website has been updated with more news on Serious Sam 2. They'll be showing their new engine at the upcoming GDC. There's also some mention of how the physics code is shaping up: Until a few days ago, physics code allowed playing with boxes, crates, balls etc.

Serious Sam 2 Update
The boys from Croteam updated their official site with some new info on Serious Sam 2. They've added a Bloom effect (hopefully better implemented than in Deus Ex: IW), and their Serious particle editor is now functional, allowing their artists to add visual effects like fire, explosions, smoke, stars and rocket trails on-the-fly.
