Ubisoft's action adventure Assassin's Creed 3 is now available for purchase via Steam, in the US. Here's the word:
The American Colonies, 1775. It's a time of civil unrest and political upheaval in the Americas. As a Native American assassin fights to protect his land and his people, he will ignite the flames of a young nation's revolution. Assassin's Creed III takes you back to the American Revolutionary War, but not the one you've read about in history books...
The Deluxe Edition comes with the Season Pass, 4 bonus single-player missions, the official Assassin's CreedŽ III soundtrack (mp3 files) and George Washington's notebook (pdf file).

i find it funny though because im not even bothered to waste my time downloading it.
stale cheese from an old cow.
Dismissing it as "stale cheese" is just plain false considering how many new things the game does... although I won't argue against the "old cow" bit.
I don't know if I'll buy it yet, but I think I probably will. It's good enough to warrant it.
