Bethesda Uncovers E3 2010 Line-up

The folks at Bethesda just sent over their line-up for this year's E3. Here's the word:

We're excited to announce that in addition to offering hands-on time with Brink, a ground breaking shooter being developed at Splash Damage, Fallout: New Vegas, the next chapter in the blockbuster Fallout franchise being developed at Obsidian Entertainment, and Hunted, a third-person co-op fantasy action game being developed at inXile Entertainment, we'll also be showing off a new presentation of RAGE, the new first-person shooter being developed by id Software!

That's a pretty decent line-up. Hope these games don't disappoint.

Looking forward to seeing more of Brink and Rage. Brink looks like a solid competitor to TF2 and whilst i love TF2 it'd be nice to have something fresh. Rage well, it'll be nice to see if ID can pull off a new IP. Sure has been awhile.

Since i recently started playing Alpha protocol I have no hope whatsoever for fallout new vegas

Obsidian does better when they have some other studio's work to directly build off of. In this case, Bethesda has already done most of the legwork for New Vegas.

Alpha Protocol was a stinker because Obsidian had to build so much of that game from scratch. But that won't be the case with New Vegas.

they are fun little dinky studio, give them some slack for making pretty ok games for 1/10th the budget of any Bioware game.

Alpha Protocol's production budget was around 5million, and they got a 7 from Eurogamer, i know of games with a 50million budget who didn't even get a 5 from Eurogamer.
if they can scale that trend upwards they can only build on that 7, as the budgets increase.
