Crysis 2 Minimum System Requirements Revealed

According to a story posted on GeForce.com, the minimum system requirements for Crytek's multiplatform FPS Crysis 2 are as follows:
- Internet connection required for activation
- OS: XP/Vista/Windows 7
- CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 2Ghz, AMD Athlon 64 x2 2Ghz or better
- 2 GB RAM
- HDD: 9 GB
- DVD ROM: 8x
- GPU: NVIDIA 8800 GT 512MB Ram or better
- Keyboard, mouse, or Microsoft Xbox 360 controller for Windows
There you have it, folks. Now all that's left for us to do is sit and wait for EA and Crytek to churn out the recommended system requirements, which I'm sure will cause at least a few heart attacks.

Instead of whining about the game, upgrade.
I for one LOVE seeing a developer pushing something to the limits, and when that something is graphics, I'm all over it.
I just hope they don't dumb down the graphics too much to please the masses of shitty hardware.
I want to see the latest, greatest, sexiest tech the graphics world has to offer, and that's why I'm looking forward to it.
And now the Min. requirements are the same as the recommended system requirements for the Crysis....
I Bulid my new pc next month and it too will be a monster. ( Very Powerfull)
I just really really really hope they havent dumbed down the graphics too much just so the Pee S 3 and Crap Box 360 can have a chance of running it.
