teaser trailer, EA and Crytek release the first official trailer for their
shooter Crysis 3, revealing some proper gameplay footage. Have a look below:

So...it's "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare in a Nano-Suit, Part 2!", then, is it?
Fuck.
I suppose I'll just reinstall the original again, then. Play a real first-person tactical shooter, you know? ;-D
That and TCR6 - Vegas were the two games that springboarded my gaming career/addiction/hobby.
Then Risen came along and was the catalyst that got me into RPGs, and playing Starcraft years ago has naturally set me up with an enjoyment of RTS.
Apparently Risen 2 isn't getting very good scores, which is making me sad. If only they had spent time creating something excellent instead of churning out something half-baked...
While playing Crysis 1, I discovered a love for open world survival type games, leading me on to titles like S.T.A.L.K.E.R - but unfortunately Crysis 2 had no such elements in it.
Not that it was a terrible game - what it does it does ok, but it's nothing like Crysis 1.
Interestingly enough, the image of the nanosuit guy with a bow alone in a wilderness kind of brings back memories of the open world aspects of Crysis 1.
I can only hope it measures up.
