Don't know what we're supposed to make of this exactly, but
here go nuts. Everyone seems to think it's some sort of cool secret or a major
announcement and my gaming guts is telling me it's nothing more than fucking
DLC. Although, my gaming heart wishes it's a traditional expansion pack. Remember
those do you?

It says that Witcher 2 is in fact an amazing game.
Hah, never thought they were fans of CDProjekt's work....
Okay, okay, in all seriousness: I think its probably going to be some sort of DLC though (hopefully free).
What? A man can dream
What? You can try atleast
Even if it isn't - you can't decode something like that, it's too random.
On the other hand, call me blasphemer, but I think that if handlled properly, DLC is actually better than expansion pack (handling it properly, means - the right price.)
Well first of all, you get a steady stream of content and not just waiting for a year for a new playable race or couple of levels.
And really, what's the fundamental difference between expansion pack and DLC. Distribution method?
Well I guess, the major minus of a DLC is that there's rarely any expansionon a story (usually).
The background image on http://www.13311tower.com has GPS coordinates in its header. If you use Google maps to locate the coordinates, they lead to Ayers Rock.
Ayers Rock is also known as "Uluru".
The Morse code is "11m13clinic".
Using "uluru" / "11m13clinic" as the L/P when clicking on the illuminati all seeing eye in at 13311tower.com yields this image:

If this is Eidos Montreal's imitation of Valve's ARGs, then they're doing it wrong if they're use it for anything other than the revelation of a new full game. Using it to hint at something trivial like DLC ruins the whole concept.
Anyway, I'm still a long way from finishing DX:HR, so I don't even know if the game ends in such a way that there's room to squeeze another game into the timeline.
