Still not sure if you want this baby or not? Not a problem, check out our review to learn more about the game.
In related news, Dungeon Siege 3 lead designer Nathaniel Chapman commented: "If there are PC gamers who are having a negative reaction it's less about what the combat is, it's more how the combat controls."
"Actually this is one thing I would have liked to have spent more time on, and we are actually spending time on now. Basically, as long as PC gamers have a good way to control the combat they will enjoy it. One review - I can't remember which - said if you play with a game pad the combat is great, so right now we're working on improving the PC controls through an update," he added.
Yep, that's one of the complaints we've had as well, so it's good to know that they are addressing it.

Reply What is wrong with developers. How hard can it be to properly code in controls. Yes it takes effort but come on, people have been coding games for mouse/keyboard/customisability for more than 20 years. Puh-lease. |

Reply Game is okay, I tried the demo few days ago and liked it. Targeting system makes no sense, though, we are all used to system where our attacks are directed to a point we're clicking, not just direction. Don't know why devs went for this approach, they should've looked at Runic with their versions of Torchlight, that is the only h'n's rpg that I can enjoy both on PC and console, it aws done right on both. |

Reply i was this close to buying this game today on Steam, but i played the demo and didn't like the keyboard and mouse controls for combat. and i don't want to play with a game pad on my computer. i might as well play on my 360. but the game looks much better to me on my PC than on my 360 in HD. so, i'm glad they are working on the controls. i'll wait to buy until they finish and i hear the controls they work out are better. |
