	Reply Both Risen and Modern Warfare 2 received the same score from AT. You know what; if I had to choose between the two, I'd definitely go for Risen, supporting the crumbling scene of single-player RPGs.

	Reply I still play Empire, even though it was released in the beginning of the year, however, I've modified the textures of every single playable faction, and also use other mods etc. to make it enjoyable, so in it's original state, it's not the game of the year. And other than that, I think Dragon Age is the only game this year that I've really enjoyed, Risen was fun aswell, but not as good. So my vote goes for Dragon Age, despite being clich� etc. it was still.. very very good. Modern Warfare 2 however just.. stressed me out, sure, the scenery was great, but there was just.. too much shit happening, it was like Left 4 Dead with terrorists/russians instead of zombies, combined with Rambo, on steroids.

	Reply I had a tough choice between Dragon Age, Risen and Empire. Wouldn't have minded seeing Anno 1404 on the list, in my opinion the best strategy game of the year. Still Dragon Age takes the crown this year I think. Almost done with my second playthrough and and still having a ball, not too many games hold my attention that long.

	Reply I might pick Dragonage except I am holding off till xmas to start it. Risen is my pick but Batman is a close 2nd as I really enjoyed that one.

	Reply I'd vote for PC version of Braid but it's not in the list :( Batman or Dragon age? Not sure, both are great. On second opinion, Brutal legend is awesome but since I've only played first 30 minutes or so (on PS3 in a gaming store), I can't say if it's great 'till end. Oh well, Dragon age it is! :)

	Reply I would've tossed Halo Wars on the list simply because Ensemble's swan song was an excellent console RTS, best implementation of the genre on a console I've ever played. It may not be Game of the Year when compared to some of the other heavy weights, but I certainly consider it the most innovative game I've played all year on the Xbox 360.

	Reply Dragon Age is wonderfully fun, just keeps dragoning me back in, Batman was very good too. Quite wonderful. Risen not bad, but seen before as a previous Gothic title. MW2...sheesh, you people.
