Game Tester Sues Take-Two
Uros "Vader" Pavlovic

Well-known publisher Take-Two Interactive has been sued by a former temporary
QA worker who was employed at Visual Concepts, based in California. These guys
have worked on various stuff from 2K, such as NBA, MLB and NHL titles. The worker,
Aaron Martinez, claims that people in the qualify assurance team did not receive
adequate pay for all the hours they've worked. In addition, Aaron said that
they were not given necessary off-duty meals and breaks. That's not all, but
he also alleges that they haven't been paid all wages due at the time of termination.
Well, stone me even if don't say, Jehovah! No lunch breaks, no wages? That sounds rather cruel, providing it's true, of course. It could be true. Or it could be we're looking at just another asshole who thinks he found a loophole in the legal system. Or it could be Take-Two does that to all employees who don't test their games properly. Who the hell knows.
Anyway, Take-Two already denied every charge on the list, saying that wages were paid and breaks were allowed "in accordance with the law."
So, Take-Two, how about you allow your workers to... Take-five, ahahahahahahhahahhahah! Oh Jesus! Bwahahehhheeehooooooh!
