Hm, it's possible that another E3 secret has been uncovered. According to this update, Valve Software might be showcasing Half-life 2: Episode 3 at the E3 this year.

Valve did reveal their plans for making Ep. 3, although we didn't get any info on the subject for a long time now. If this report is accurate, we could be learning more about Ep. 3 a lot sooner than expected.

For some reason the report omits the PS3 version of Episode 3, with only PC and Xbox 360 edition mentioned. Is Valve getting fed up with the PS3 or is this just a random error? Of course, it could always mean that the PS3 will arrive at a later date. We'll know about this soon enough, I expect.

	Reply I hope Valve won't expand the game too much, like Half Life 2: 2nd Season Episode bla bla bla... because the storyline and the gameplay will be ruined if it continues its episodic nature too much... Another two or three episode is fine by me.

	Reply when gordon gets head-crabbed and then because his physics phd he can control the head-crab so they make half life 3 with a mutated gordon with head crab powers(jumping,making dirty noises and resisting hazard liquids)

	Reply please kill off alyx for the love of god, and bring back some of the gritty dirty nature. bring back some of the heavy industrial music as well. the episodes have gone down the path of a much lighter feeling half life and it really kind of killed the mood for me -- but the biggest mood killer is the obnoxious alyx and the way everyone treats gordon like god. i get it, gordon is awesome but we're in the middle of a warzone, stop sucking dick and act like shit is scary instead please.
