Although still not official, it seems the word is spreading that EA will announce a new shooter pretty soon. Supposedly, Medal of Honor 2 is set to be unveiled during a press event in the US next month (thanks Kotaku). The event will begin at 20:00 PST on Tuesday, March 6. That means it's going to be during the upcoming GDC.

Just to remind you, we've posted word of Medal of Honor 2 way back in February 2011.

For the developers' sake, I sure hope they have something new and exciting lined-up for this one. Wait, what am I saying; new and exciting? They're just gonna gives us more of the same old FPS routine, which has been continually recycled throughout the last decade.
