Modern Warfare Studio Loses Two More Key Members

Kotaku has dug up some pretty interesting info. Apart from Jason West and Vince Zampella, it appears that other key members of Infinity Ward -- creators of the Call of Duty shooter series -- left the company last week.
Linkedin profiles of Todd Alderman and Francesco Gigliotti (here's a snapshot) show that they have both left Infinity Ward. Alderman was a Lead Designer and one of the key people involved in Modern Warfare's multiplayer and also worked on Modern Warfare 2's story, while Francesco Gigliotti was Infinity Ward's lead software engineer.
These guys were working at IW for a long time - Alderman for eight years and Gigliotti for seven years.

Go to DICE? Hell no. They need programmers for AI, not lead designers and crap.
Edit: Oh nevermind, it's that oil-rig level, right?
Of course the video-game industry is a business, but it shouldn't ever be forgotten that it's also just as much an artistic medium. And if profit-margin obsessed publishers like Activision get their way, artistry will be shoved off the shelf completely.
“Robert Kotick's mother dates his compulsive capitalism to toddlerhood, when young Bobby sold her ashtray to a friend who had come over for a playdate. He netted $3.” (‘Activision’s Unlikely Hero’ - forbes.com)
You gotta look at that ‘toddler’ still smiling down to this day.
