Went to this totally dark and avant-garde photography exhibition last night,
the reason being, me not going to any sort of art exhibition of any kind for
a long time. The exhibition took place in this shithole of a nightclub called
'Underworld'. But, naturally, I didn't know it was a shithole until I arrived
there. Still, I was a bit excited about going there, because I was told that
this photographer was actually quite good and... Oh, okay, I admit it; I just
wanted to see chicks, because, let's face it, cool, sexy chicks always visit
art exhibitions, right? Fucking wrong! Man, it was like a competition for the
world's ugliest wax figures in there. Also, most girls were just stupid-looking
teenagers following some sort of pointless emo-resembling fashion trend that
made me want to vomit aggressively. Those not following this trend, were just
bland, uninteresting samples of the human species. Oh wait, right, the photos.
They were crap. Didn't like 'em. But maybe it boils down to taste. Who knows...
who cares. It wasn't a total waste of an afternoon, since I got to hang out
with my best friend. The music playing during the exhibition was pretty cool
too, but that's just because the DJ is another good friend of mine, who's actually
a pretty cool guy and I only know cool people, because I'm naturally cool myself.
I had this strong I'm-so-glad-to-be-cool-and-normal vibe during the entire evening.
Just want to emphasize that I'm not the kind of person who automatically discards things just because they're different than what I like. It was just a lousy exhibition, period.
There's an interesting lesson to be learned here. Coolness is subjective. More importantly, art exhibitions may not necessarily involve gorgeous, sex-starved women.

I wish Hipsters would all take a bullet to the head. Then they'd be Underground for real.

Lolz!
Cheered me up no end. Damn 'flu.
-are you gonna let moesha review Legend of Grimrock, since he's so hipped about it.
-are you ever gonna try reviewing Binary Domain, heard it's a pretty good mesh, between RE5 but with robots/Shadow of the Colossus like bosses/Gears of War team based game.
-and the ever present question, that will haunt you for the rest of your life, do you intend to (re)review The Witcher 2 Enhanced edition on shall we say xbox360 since you're a console guy(that is judging by the number of games you've reviewed on consoles, even if they were on other platforms as well...insert PC master race cliche here, correct me if I'm wrong).
The console graphics are medium to high on pc, but who cares, I doubt there's a pc(one that the average user can afford anyway) that can run it on ultra, with uber sampling turned on.
Other than that, I wish you a nice quaint day.
