If I married a PC, I'd love it unconditionally all the way. I'd also have tiny PCs running around the house and a day out in the country with my PC family. Little kiddie PCs would go to school happily and everything.

Upgrades would be a bitch though...

	Reply I think it's worth it, at least until the next next, gen consoles show up.Truth be told, I bought mine in 2010, put around 1000$ in the central unit alone, but with an i7 2.8, yeah it's the old Nehalem no Sandy bridge here, but then again, I haven't seen any game to request anything more than a quad core processor and it's pretty rare. The 8gb of ddr3 1600 ram serve me well, the motherboard is ok and the hard is 640gb which is good since I only use about half of it.Only thing is the gpu, ati hd5750 I can't run the Witcher 2 and Max Payne 3 all in ultra(MSAA/Ubersampling off) but hey high/very high is fine with me especially in DX11.I might change the graphics card in about 3 months, a gtx 570/580 should be enough, the pc itself I'll keep until 2015 or beyond, a good pc can play demanding games on high quality for like 5 years, if you change the gpu every 2-3 years it can last even longer. 	Reply Consoles gaming is just more expensive games with less and less content. A PC cost more, but at least you own what you are buying. Why kids this days prefere to pay more for games that are shorter and with shit graphics is beyond my understanding.
