What is going on lately? Mornin' posts are late and on the good day there are only like 3 news posts! Makes me sad! I REALLY like to come here for the news but lately have no choice but to seek other ways!
On another note, I tried the pc version of Dark Souls, played like 20 mins, then just deleted it.I have to agree with im_stardust on this matter, it was just boring really, at first, when I read his pov, I thought he used the keyboard and mouse and that the controls were the problem, mind you I did use a ps3 gamepad to play it, I just couldn't get into it, the story wasn't there even if the gameplay was well designed, right shoulder buttons for right arm same as for the left arm and so on.
The camera just beat me having to use the right analog stick all the time because the camera would pan towards the ceiling everytime I would enter a new room most of the time I couldn't see what was hitting me because of the camera.
I don't know, maybe I wasn't in the right mood for it, I don't contest the game itself or maybe I'm not that into hack and slash, if it doesn't have an isometric view(sacred and stuff).A better optimized control scheme for the pc would have been nice, since I only played Resident Evil 4 with my gamepad, alas if you're gonna make a 70+ hour game, it better have an interesting story to keep me playing.(or maybe the game was just meant for consoles and I don't get it).
I'll give it a go after the guy who unlocked the internal resolution, releases the source code and the community starts fixing it.
Participated in the beta, but not bought the game. It was my first experience of CS in any form and I just wasn't good enough to enjoy it.

When I had it, I was busy with unreal tournament GOTY which was brilliant online.
