"If you want something done, do it yourself." I've come to rely on the old proverb a lot lately. Things only get going in your life, once you see to it personally (mobster style). Seriously. Relying on other individuals is often as futile as telling your mother to stop asking you if you'll be home by 22h, even though you are actually 33 years old.
