Mornin '12
Okay, so now I have a fucking cold again. This is ridiculous, I've been sick, like, three times for the past two months. Then again, maybe it's because we didn't have any heating here at the AT offices. Of course, there are millions of reasons why one would get sick, so it's pointless to ponder. Right? Right.

Anyway, I'm starting to feel sorry for the Assassin's Creed franchise a bit. The fact that key people are now missing from the Ubisoft Montreal team (those who worked on AC2), has become obvious. The third installment does have some incredible moments, although I can't help noticing that something's missing, particularly in terms of plot structure, not to mention gameplay. On the technical side of things, we all know what has happened, which is a damn shame really.

Review's going up tomorrow...

Hmmm being cold doesn't directly make you sick but it sucks anyway. Hope you kick it quick and looking fwd to the AC3 review.

Morning,

Alcohol makes you feel warm. Nothing like a beer jacket to fend off the elements.
Vader: Alright! That sounds just the ticket :)

Assassin's Creed. Only fun for so long. Managed to beat Assassin's Creed II, but when I went to play Brotherhood, I stopped near the end and was like, "fuck this. I'm wasting my time."

Read about the ending for AC3. SPOILER ALERT! Edit: After thinking about it, it's better than ME3's original ending. Hell, it isn't so terrible, I guess.

@Breedy: I played AC1 and really enjoyed it despite the repetition of missions. The scale and the visuals (for the time) were stunning. The sequels for me have never felt as enjoyable.
