Don't forget, there's nothing more exhilarating than watching a poorly animated
wall of mindless zombies tipping over a bus or scaling a massive wall. At least
that's what Hollywood seems to think. Fucking Danny Boyle wannabes. A zombie
movie? Shit! Heaven forfend that they should put half of such an effort into
writing a reasonably believable or even remotely interesting story.

While World War Z looks interesting, it looks like its unfortunately gone down the same Hollywood route as "I Am Legend" where it feels the need to make the creatures super fast, which instantly seems to make them less realistic. They should have been shamblers, or at worse slow runners. These super agile ninja zombies seem a step too far.
Anyway, here's hoping it's otherwise good!

A zombie apocalypse ain't even scary for fuck's sake. Life as we live it now, that's fucking is scary. Humans are way scarier than zombies.
A zombie, a werewolf, an alien and a vampire, all together couldn't do what humans do to each other, both physically and mentally.

Yeah right. Would you? Hell no! You'd either be flipping the 2 wheel asshole off and screaming at him, or just screaming at him.
As to the helicopter, so freaking what, they fly over often enough it's no big deal, it's not like he's in Podunk Idaho.
Also, those zombie ant-pile like structures were too fast and fluid, not too mention containing far too many zombies.
Walkers which essentially are the generic walking dead guys. You know, coming out of the ground, limbs falling off, etc.
Infected, much like what is in this trailer, are the ones who have been "infected" with the zombie disease. They slowly turn into a zombie state of mind. Since the body itself hasn't deteriorated, an infected can move as fast as the body is willing.
The generic zombie flick back in the day got old because it wasn't scary enough. I mean, "OOOOOO a zombie is walking towards us" doesn't sound very scary. Meanwhile, "OOOO a zombie is running at us" leaves a bigger impression and instills a fear.

Also, depends on "what" zombies.
28 days/weeks later are quite feasible zombies, simply a disease that spreads through body fluids and shuts down any parts of the brain related to reason, leaving only aggression etc.
There are diseases who have mild effects similar to those, in theory it is likely one could build a virus with those effects nowadays.
But the half-rotting walking zombie? nope... those are supposed to be "magic", i guess bacteria/viruses were later versions to make it more believable (or less depending on PoV)
I still like zombies. I just have always hated how they were done in almost anything other than a book (Zombieland is the one movie I actually liked). Fuck this movie, but I wanna see how over-the-top stupid it is.
