There's a raging storm outside. People are scared. Massive showers too (no, not those kinds of showers).

Anyway, rain. Lots and lots of rain. People are starting to call it 'corporate rain' - the kind that starts to pour out of the sky at exactly 17h. When people see that it's raining outside, they don't want to go home, so they stay and work longer, hence productivity increases drastically.

It all makes perfect sense.
