The latest gameplay footage from EA's Need for Speed: Most Wanted shows off a few flashy cars driving really, really, fast (what did you expect?):

Yeah, that's not the 'real' NFS: Most Wanted, but the new NFS: Most Wanted, you know, the one that's not 'Most Wanted'?).

	Reply Well the pricks did add '2' and then they renamed it to just NFS: Most Wanted. Everybody's doing it nowadays. And it's really getting annoying.

	Reply Are they doing this so that people downloading torrents will have 50% change of getting the wrong one ?? Anyway, NFS is dead to me since the ORIGINAL Most Wanted. I won't even bother downloading this one..

	Reply I'll give this one a chance. I have fond memories of the first Most Wanted, although to this day I still have trouble figuring out exactly why (I mean, the storyline was pretty fucking stupid... but I dunno, somehow those cop chases stayed epic all game long). Criterion Games also made Hot Pursuit and Burnout Paradise, both of which were genuinely good arcade-racers. So it's not particularly rational of you all to be so quick to dismiss this latest game, unless you just don't care for arcade-racers in the first place (in which case, your opinion is sort of irrelevant, isn't it?).

	Reply Honestly, I think this will depend heavily on whether the police chases are as good as they were in the original. Hot Pursuit really let me down there.

	Reply I probably will skip this one and get Forza Horizon instead as my open world ARCADE racer. Forza Horizon with Forza 4 physics is a good enough reason for me to buy. Forza 4 physics may not be as good as GTR, Live for speed or project C.A.R.S., but i am sure it will be better than NFS...

	Reply Need for Speed has turned into Madden and Call of Duty. Too many "new" releases of the same game over and over.
