v1.04 Patch

The Skyrim patch we've reported about seems to be causing issues for gamers who have already installed it. The update, which is meant to fix a number of problem in Bethesda's RPG, now appears to bring more faults. That according to users who have been complaining. Valve also appears to have pulled the patch from Steam
Here's a thread from the Bethesda forums, indicating that this new patch is causing issues for player:
It appears that Steam is now sending out the Patch. However, as of 11:30AM MST UESP reported that Steam is not issuing the patch anymore. I can not confirm this as I am at work and my Steam Machine is at home. Anyway, on with the thread:
We want to keep all Patch posts in one thread to make it easier for the Bethesda and the Devs to monitor the results. All other Patch threads will be closed and directed to this thread. Please do not post just to rant, that will not help them with any new issues or old issues that are not fixed yet. It only fills the thread up with things the Devs can't use. Please post your issues with the patch if you have, your successes with the patch if you have them, and if you fixed it, what you did to fix it.
For example, those with tweaked INI and PREF files may want to delete or rename them, then launch the game. You can make a back up of the files just in case and then add your tweaks back into the new INI and PREF that is created.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you are running any mods and you are having issues post patch, uncheck all your mods in the Launcher and see if the issue goes away. If it does, then add the mods back one by one until you find the one or ones that needs to be updated. For testing you may need to start a new game as mods can sometimes mess with saves. Again, this is for testing if your current save won't load and you suspect a mod issue.
Thanks, Annon for the heads-up.
