Rambo Video Game On the Way

This is one of the games I played when I was a geek growing up. Based on Sylvester Stallone's iconic action hero character, Rambo, the games, which made it to NES, Sega and C64 systems, didn't achieve too much success. Now, Reef Entertainment have acquired the rights to the Rambo series from Studio (thanks, CVG).
"We have been quiet since we acquired the Rambo license last August," Reef Entertainment's Commercial Director Craig Lewis said. "During this time we have been dedicated to creating a videogame for consoles and PC that will allow Rambo fans and gamers across the globe to really get under the skin of Rambo and wield his iconic weapon-set in battle."
Rambo: The Video Game will be shown for the first time during the upcoming Gamescom event. At present, the game has a "coming soon" slapped across it, with the publisher still having to release info on potential PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 versions.

Reply Could quite possible be entertaining mindless violence, Rambo does suit the action-game style quite well (maybe not the first movie, but the other movies). Could possibly just be complete crap hoping to make some money of a famous name aswell, but who knows? |

Reply Well yeah it COULD be awesome, especially since the Rambo movies contain plenty of stealth, but I won't get my hopes up baby. |
