Skyrim PC UI Improved... Finally!

Having played the PC version of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, I must say that the user interface could've been done way better. In fact, it sucked. If you were also bothered by this, you can stop moaning (stop it, stop moaning now!). Instead of moaning like a gay anteater, just head over to Skyrim Nexus where the SkyUI version 1.0 awaits. Here's what the whole thing is about:
SkyUI is mod that aims to improve Skyrim's User Interface by making it easier to use with mouse and keyboard, less wasteful of available screen space and nicer to look at.
We do all that while keeping true to the style of the original UI, so new and old components are integrated seamlessly.
It is not our goal to re-create the complete interface from scratch. Instead we try to identify and change areas that need improvement, while leaving the things that are already good alone.
Ah, at last! :)
Thanks, Blue.

Fine...
It's great!
Except for the fact that only the main inventory has been changed. All other lists are the original.
It is also not compatible with some other mods, like the FXAA Post Process Injector. Which may be because of SkyUI's use of SKSE.
Once they make the mod more compatible with other stuff and change all of the lists I'll reinstall this mod.
Until then I've been using QD Inventory (not as nice as SkyUI but better than the original lists): www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=667#content
http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=667 (and no script extender needed)
Though, the Sky one is probably the better one.
