There's a playable demo (1.40 GB) for The Darkness 2 now available exclusively to Gold subscribers (until next week). Here's the official word: "Become Jackie Estacado and master your demons as you experience the thrill of Quad-Wielding: slash, grab and throw with your Demon Arms while simultaneously firing two weapons."

The Darkness 2 demo is also going to be available via US PS Store, Steam and for Xbox Live Silver members next Tuesday, January 24 (on Jan. 25 foe EU members).

2K Games' action adventure, The Darkness 2, is going to hit PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 platforms early next month.
