The Witcher 3 Teaser?

There seems to be a widespread buzz lately created around development studio CD Projekt RED. Their most recent project, Cyberpunk 2077, just got a dandy cinematic trailer, which you should take a look at (if you haven't already).
Meanwhile, they have another game in development, which they have described as "a fully open-world game with an intense story." Many people are convinced now that this actually refers to the next The Witcher game.
The official Witcher website has a message that simply states: "oh, and if you are wondering what's that in that picture about - well, we'll leave it for your imagination to answer," referring to the image shown above. This has been interpreted as a hint for The Witcher 3.
Thanks, CVG.

Just imagine wondering through the open world and stumbling upon villages and towns with their own set of supernatural and natural problems that you can help with for a sufficient reward, of course. I think the sense of wondering through the world at your own discretion would fit well with the books.
Here's hoping The Witcher 3 raises the bar somewhat.
