Here's a nice little video, explaining the story of CD Projekt's RPG, The Witcher, to all of those who didn't get a chance to play the original game. And let me take this opportunity to say that should you happen to be one of those players, then you sure as hell missed out on a terrific game - one that's a helluva lot better than the sequel.

	Reply I haven't finished it yet. Last time I played it was 5 months ago. Enchanted edition will give a reason to start from scratch and this time 100%!

	Reply I'm playing it now the second time, second path, and it's a beauty to see different things happening even in the same maps. Still the detective investigations in the first instalment and the many choises to make impressed me more. But I love the game, and I see how the more action driven approach makes it more accesible, but loses a little of it's soul. Still great production value which became even better with the Enchanced Edition, no money charge, which is a first time in this era of money milking consoles and DLC's.

	Reply For the record, Witcher 2 has a significantly higher score on metacritic than Witcher 1. I think some people remember Witcher 1 with exaggerated nostalgic fondness. That game had a lot of glaring shortcomings, especially without the 'enhanced edition' patch that took a year to come out post-release.
