THQ Says Zelnick Should Mind His Own Business
Uros "Vader" Pavlovic
01:59 am EDT @ April 06th, 2012
Following up on Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick's ill
predictions for THQ's future, here's what THQ had to say: "Obviously, Mr.
Zelnick's perception of THQ is outdated and inaccurate. His comments are irresponsible
and false. Perhaps he would be better off commenting on his own business." (thanks
Joystiq)
Ouch.
Hm, still, I don't think Zelnick will be bothered much by this. He's probably too busy lighting his cigar with 100-dollar bills to care.
Hey, look, guys, I just found that ActionTrip has a Zelnick's Mom tag buried in our archives. Wow, I almost forgot that story.

I hope they survive. There's a lot of artistically bankrupt publishers in this industry, but THQ isn't one of them.
They just need to make some better business decisions (Homefront was an expensive mistake). Until they rebound, they should focus solely on riding Relic, 4A, Vigil, and Volition, and market Darksiders 2 and Metro 2033 hard.
Back in 2007 THQ posted annual revenues in excess of 1 billion USD, so they've had plenty of success with licensed properties.
