First of all, none of these games have been officially announced yet. Some of them are probably in the concept stage and we did have a few reports indicating that one or two of these titles might actually be underway.
We can't say we've heard anything about a new Deus Ex game, although we would be keen on seeing such a title come to life, considering how much fun we've had playing Deus Ex: Human Revolution. There have been reports that the next Mass Effect game is actually a prequel, but there was no confirmation on that from BioWare.
Mirror's Edge 2 is reportedly already in development, albeit there are no details on that one just yet. Meanwhile, Fallout 4 has been spotted thanks to a recent tweet by voice actor Erik Todd Dellums.
So far it's been only a gossip, but some people are talking about a possible Homeworld project. Now, when people talk about Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 3, it's safe to say they are insane or just dreamers, but then people have a right to dream, don't they? The same thing can be said for NWN 3.
Half-Life 3? Well, you be the judge. Of course, they may still a bit of hope for Darksiders 3, although at this point it seems obvious that it's not a priority for the development studio whose members recently moved to work for Crytek USA. XCOM: Enemy Unknown 2 will most likely be made... just not yet. That's our assessment anyway.
What I'd like to play first is:
- A new Deus Ex game
- Mirror's Edge 2
- Fallout 4
- Homeworld 3
- Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 3
- A new Mass Effect game
- XCOM: Enemy Unknown 2
- Darksiders 3
- Neverwinter Nights 3
- Half-life 3
Yes, I know, I know. None of these stand a chance against Half-life 3 and Star Wars: The Old Republic 3. Still, we're curious about what you guys would like to see first.

Voted for Mirror's edge 2. Half life 3 and KOTOR 3 only other real wishes, but pretty unlikely.
But it will be fallout 4 for me otherwise :)
Kotor is gone, Mass Effect became an enema, and Fallout 4 will suffer from Bethesda's irritating engine (although it'd still be wicked awesome). Mirror's Edge can only get better with a sequel, because the first one bored me to tears after the first two hours. There can be running, but put more shit in there.
Ones not mentioned are ignored. Sorry to those who are offended (not really).
it saddens me to see that nobody grasps the importance of that series, a franchise that could not excel in gameplay but made up for it in some of the most soul lifting discourses in the modern media. i have honestly seen plays at the theater that left me cold while as the writing and speech in this game flows like a sonnet.
you people are like panes of glass....transparent and lifeless, mirroring it in the best of case.
Deus Ex 4 and Fallout 4 are probably already in the making.
You won't see Darksiders 3 and Mirror's Edge 2 to soon. (Well, sooner than Half Life 3, that's for sure)
Homeworld 3 will remain just a dream.
XCOM was good but not good enough for a sequel. Got dreadfully boring after I've got most upgrades. (and played it on hard difficulty).
Don't know what to say about Kotor or NWN. None of them sound like someone would invest in them now. Maybe kotor.. maybe.
