The game is official in stores starting on October 12, for PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.

Edit:So I decided not to be lazy. The 9th in North America, the 12th Internationally. I'm sorry, everwhere else. I can't believe they still spread out release dates like that in this day and age. But then I guess that's sort of like having console exclusives, so bah.
