Tesla Troopers: the mighty Tesla Coil now has a mobile version in the shapes of these foot soldiers. They will certainly enable advanced tactics, and the sound of frying enemy units will be heard far outside the base camp.

Crazy Ivan: he didn't get his name for nothing! Rampaging Ivan will set mines on anything he can reach, and the mines will be detonated at players will.

Yuri: Yuri is General Romanoff's right hand. He has been exploring the possibilities of manipulating the human mind. His psychic abilities are amazing, and the units made in his image can wipe out enemy infantry with brain waves, or take control over their minds.

MCV: mobile construction yards that will move without problem even on water. Will make mining on ore rich islands easy.

War Miner: The Harvester will, apart from the wheels suitable for running over enemy, have a turret to rely on. Equipped like this, and wearing thick armour, it can act as a combat unit. It can carry more ore than the Ally counterpart.

V3 Rocket Launcher: enhanced V2 Rocket Launcher.

Tesla Tank: The motorized mobile version of the Tesla Coil. Fries even without electricity.

Rhino Heavy Tank: new name for the old Heavy Tank.

Apocalypse Atomic Tank: The Generals that relied on brute force and endlessly trusted the Mammoth Tanks will be disappointed with the fact that their two barrelled darlings are gone in the sequel. But the adequate replacement in the shape of these Judgement Day nukers will soon earn the deserved respect and compensate the emotional loss.

Terror Drones: robotic parasites. The vehicle that gets this thing under its armour ends up as a heap of scrap metal. After it finishes with its "host", the drone gets out in search of a new victim. It is not resistant to infantry fire, so the convoys guarded by blood and flesh have nothing to fear.

Kirov Airship: The fast and frail MIG's have stepped aside and made space for the slow but heavily armoured plated blimps. Their advantage is a large payload, which means no returning to base for a refill. But even with the obvious advantages of these new aircraft, I will miss the takeoff and air strikes of the MIG's. The enemy construction yards and factories simply couldn't be protected against them.

Hind Transporter: the Russians still have the option of using exclusively air born units.

Typhoon Attack Sub: the Danger From the Depths is still a standard option of the Russian arsenal.

Dreadnoughts: The reinforcement of the Red Fleet. The missiles it fires are devastating, and have a long range, but they stand no chance against anti aircraft defence.

Sea Scorpion: fast anti aircraft boats. Their range of deployment is obvious.

Giant Squid: Jules Verne could have dreamed that some contraption he wrote about will be actually assembled one day, but that computer game programmers would actually design units in the image of 20000 Leagues Under Sea...? These giant sea monsters who's mind is controlled by the scientists. It's Ideal for slowing down larger, and sinking smaller ships. The dolphins and Navy SEALS are their favourite food.

Buildings:

The buildings in this game are also redesigned in this game, so apart from the standard construction yards, barracks, radars, war factories, service depots and Tesla Coils, the Russians have also developed:

Cloning Vats: during the construction of a foot soldier in the barracks, this facility constructs a double.

Iron Curtain: provides invulnerability as in the original, only now it provides it for units and buildings on an area 3x3.

Psychic Sensor: early warning sensor. Scanning the mind waves, this sensor reacts every time the enemy gives the command for an attack, marking the building or unit designated for an attack. Psychic Sensors, properly dispersed will significantly diminish the danger of surprise attack by special forces or Tanya.

Nuclear Reactor: advanced power plant. Provides large amounts of energy. If destroyed, spreads radiation that damages everything around it.

Nuclear Silo: facility that manufactures and launches nuclear warheads. In original, the destructive power of the nuclear weapons was weak and confined to infantry, whereas buildings and vehicles where affected with little damage. The mistake was rectified, so when the sirens begin to wail you can expect a part of the map to be wiped out. Whatever is not destroyed by the main blast will be eaten by radiation. Oooh, Nuke...
