Devil May Cry 4 Preview

AT: There were some issues regarding the keyboard controls in the PC version of Devil May Cry 3. In that respect, what are your plans for the PC version of DMC 4?

HK: I can't really talk about the PC version of DMC 3 as I was not involved in this project. (Oh well, can't blame a guy for asking - Vader). However, what I can say is that with DMC 4 we are looking to optimize the game to take advantage of the benefits each of the different hardware platforms has to offer.

AT: Roughly how many hours of gameplay should we expect to get out of DMC 4?

HK: Of course, the game is still being fine-tuned, but we are aiming for about 15 hours to complete the first play through of the game.

AT: In closing, Kobayashi also didn't hesitate to add a few comments.

HK: I really feel that this is going to be a must-have game for Xbox 360 and PS3 owners, not only for long-time fans of the series, but for players who have never tried a Devil May Cry game as well. I'm also hoping that gamers who haven't bought one of these great new systems will use Devil May Cry 4 as an excuse to plunge into next-gen.
