The sound in the game should be awesome, featuring of course the awesome movie soundtrack. As I've already mentioned, the actors from LotR are supposed to lend their voices to the characters in the game. Together with some neat ambient sounds, we could expect the game audio to be very impressive.
Now, I don't know what you expect from this title, but I'll tell you what I think regardless. I am, as you might've guessed by now, a die-hard LotR fan. I loved LotR ever since I first read it, and I've been obsessed with it ever since - obsessed enough to speak in unnerving "s"s, include elvish curses in Sindarin in my conversation lines and lead my e-mail correspondence in tengwar. This deeply disturbed mind of mine almost perished in spontaneous combustion when I watched the trilogy, and although it was far from perfect for a while I considered raising a monument to PJ for letting me see the object of my desire. This is not the first time I'll be allowed to experience the story that has kept me enchanted for fifteen years, but I expect it to be a decent member of the big and diverse LotR family. This had better be good, or I will get really, really pissy. (And you don't want that. Really. - Ed)
The Third Age will appear on the PC, PS2, Xbox and GameCube with the console versions already hitting retail. Hopefully, the game will live up to the expectations of the countless Lord of the Rings fans like myself.
