This makes my blood boil. Instead of giving us KOTOR 3, they go this route. What was wrong with making KOTOR 3? Oh, that's right, a SINGLE PLAYER game would not have a monthly subscription fee. Bullshit, fucking bullshit!!

Looks pretty much like Guild Wars but with a monthly fee. They are in for a tough ride. Indeed Kotor 3 would be a more sensible choice.

I wish Kotor and Kotor 2 worked on Vista, but I couldn't get either game to work. No luck with NWN 1 either...*sigh* Perhaps when this MMO fails, they will come back to KOTOR 3. We must have hope, right?

If by any chance they make it free to play with optional stuff to buy, say, like many Korean and Japanese MMOs ( e.g. Rappelz, Perfect World and few others ) I will take it for a spin. If the game is good I don't mind paying here and there but monthly fees are not my cup of tea.

I seriously doubt this will be free to play, EA wants this to be a goldmine like World of Warcraft. All I can say is good luck getting people away from WoW and the other MMO's that they are spending money on.

The environments look good, but the character models are absolutely horrendous - even K1 and K2 were better in that respect.

Of course, it won't mean much if they "fix" that, since you will probably be slaying monsters, jedi, dark jedi, sith troopers, etc for the majority of the game; there probably won't be any real story whatsoever. I hope I'm wrong, but I doubt it (this is a MMO, after all)

I think the concept of Star Wars is gettin old. Sure it was exciting 10 years ago. Characters look crappy. I will stick to Guild Wars they make me happy
