BioShock PS3 Release Date
As most of you probably know, BioShock is already available on the PC and Xbox 360. The PlayStation 3 version is going to hit retailers in North America on Oct. 21 and throughout the rest of the world on Oct. 24, 2008.

The developers also promised all-new PS3 exclusive content - "in addition to the original revolutionary game experience, PS3 fans can enjoy a brand new difficulty mode – Survivor – as well as enjoy Trophy support as they explore Rapture. And the experience doesn’t end there – all new exclusive BioShock downloadable content will be available only on the PS3 after launch"

In case you missed it, there's a trailer for BioShock PS3 right here.

BioShock is a must-have for any gamer. It was great fun playing in on the PC (and the X360). PS3 owners should've had this one a long time ago.

I agree, I can imagine many ps3 owners would of loved to play this when it first released and if you don't have a good enough pc to play it, or don't own a 360, you were wishing, no, you were praying that this game would come to PS3.

I know I was when I didn't have a 360 at the time. And, this exclusive content may give me the edge to turn on my ps3 again.

I hate it when they add exclusive content to a new port. It's like kicking all the gamers that previously gave them money (which is how they can afford to make the port) right in the balls.

If they made the new content available to all their customers, that would be cool, but only the ones on the latest platform they release for, that's just insult to injury...

Well, it is sort of, but with getting the game first, you get the disadvantage of not gettin the other stuff as well.
