The courtyard fight. One of the first ones. The Witcher versus 6 (? was it) guys of which several are wearing heavy armor. Not a nice place to start.
Later fighting actually gets rather easy, but you will still get WTFPWND from random encounters. The above mysteriously happens every damn time you immerse yourself in the game so that you forget to save.
Oh, how I yearn for the warm touch of the Drowned Dead in the first game.
