Well-known publisher Take-Two Interactive has been sued by a former temporary QA worker who was employed at Visual Concepts, based in California. These guys have worked on various stuff from 2K, such as NBA, MLB and NHL titles. The worker, Aaron Martinez, claims that people in the qualify assurance team did not receive adequate pay for all the hours they've worked...

Civilization V Playable Demo Prior to Launch

A portion of Civilization V is going to playable sometime before release - in September to be exact. Although we still don't have any details as to what exactly will be available in the upcoming playable demo for Civ V, it's still good to know we'll be able to taste the game before it hits stores on September 21, 2010.
