You may or may not know that I've been replaying Dead Space 2 these past few days and I have to say, it's nice to go through it once again, especially, now that I forgot all the details. Even though Dead Space 2 can turn into a really tough survival horror game when you crank the difficulty up...

The third installment in the survival horror series Dead Space is supposedly going to take place on an icy planet named Tau Volantis. Evidently, there won't be much traversing through space ships this time around, if this report is to be believed...

There's a short video taken from an Israeli TV show, which evidently talks about some of the aspects of video game development and, not surprisingly enough, it has a dude from EA talking about Dead Space. There's a Dead Space 3 logo shown briefly in one of the shots...

New Alien game? Oh you have to be... Never mind. Anyway, Sega officially confirmed that Creative Assembly, the dudes responsible for the Total War strategy series, are currently involved with a new game Alien game, which they are beefing up for a full triple-A style release (oh lovely, things don't get more original than that)...

Visceral Games releases the downloadable content for the Xbox 360 edition of the horror themed shooter, Dead Space 2. Here's the word: Gabe Weller tries desperately to reach his wife as his security patrol in the Titan Mines falls apart. Removal of the title update will cause the additional area(s) provided by the DLC to be unusable. If this is encountered, please connect to Xbox LIVE and re-download the latest update. Source.

IG has the word that Electronic Arts is extremely pleased with the sales of the recently launched title, Dead Space 2. While the first Dead Space game sold 2 million sales by August 2010, the sequel seems to be doing better. A lot better in fact; that's according to EA at least. We sure as hell had some good things to say about it and so have others. We await the official sales figures on Dead Space 2.

This game arrived just in time to break the post-Xmas gaming monotony. The original Dead Space was fun and now we finally got a chance to continue the story about Isaac Clarke. Here's a segment: The AI in the first game was good, although some of the behavior patterns are way better now...

Dead Space 2: Severed, the downloadable content for Visceral Games' sci-fi horror game, won't be released for PC users it seems. VG247 contacted EA on this and the publisher confirmed it, rather precisely and shortly: "Dead Space 2: Severed will not be available on the PC." Oh well, I'm sure you won't be too angry with EA about this. Will you?

Sorry I'm a bit late today, folks, but I was just putting the finishing touches on our Dead Space 2 review. Anyway, I've finished the game, so, what now? What now I ask you? Minecraft... um, I dunno if I can guys. Just don't have the time for that one.
